1. Where are you located
We are in San Antonio, Texas, but we deliver our Bellspurr kittens by land or air to wherever you are. We are the only breeders who care enough for each one of our kittens that we deliver them ourselves. We make sure our kittens travel safely, and we get to meet you in person, which is very important to us.
2. Can we come visit your cattery and play with the kittens?
We do not invite any of our clients to our home. We do not have a store or an exhibition area, We never just show our kittens to anyone who asks, we show our kittens only if you are coming to bring the deposit in person, you have signed our contract and are committed to buy. “We require a deposit at visitation, as we operate on an appointment-only basis and do not function as a traditional pet store.”
3. What is your health guarantee?
Bellspurr Kittens Health Guarantee
To provide you with peace of mind, we offer the following health guarantee:
1. Coverage Duration: This health guarantee covers the purebred kitten for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
2. Coverage Details:
- Death Coverage: In the unfortunate event of the kitten’s death within the coverage period due to congenital or hereditary health issues, the purchaser will be eligible for a replacement kitten.
- Congenital and Hereditary Conditions: We stand behind the health of our kittens.
3. Exclusions:
- This guarantee does not cover accidental injury, neglect, abuse, or illnesses resulting from improper care or environment.
- Pre-existing health conditions at the time of purchase are not covered.
- Any expenses incurred without prior approval from our cattery will not be covered.
4. Claims Process:
- To make a claim under this health guarantee, the purchaser must provide proof of purchase and veterinary documentation detailing the diagnosis and cause of the kitten’s health issue.
- Claims must be submitted within a week time frame from the diagnosis or incident.
5. Responsibility:
- The cattery reserves the right to verify any claims made under this guarantee through consultation with a licensed veterinarian.
- The purchaser is responsible for providing proper care, nutrition, and a suitable environment for the kitten’s well-being.
6. Transferability: This health guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the kitten.
7. Limitation of Liability: The maximum liability under this guarantee only includes the replacement of a diseased kitten.

5. When is the earliest I can get my kitten?
At 12 weeks is the youngest we allow our kittens to leave.
6. How do I reserve a kitten?
You fill out our application form, and we will reach out to you to get to know you and see if you are a good fit for our Bellspur kittens, then we will send you a contract for you to look at and sign, after we receive it signed we will send you an invoice. The deposit is $1000. The rest is due at pick up.
7. What health screenings do you do on your cats?
All of our Maine Coon Sire and Dams are tested for
- FIV (Feline immunodeficiency virus)
- FELV (Feline leukemia virus)
- FCoV (Feline Coronavirus)
- HCM (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy)
- PKD (Polycystic kidney disease)
- PKDef (Pyruvate kinase deficiency)
- SMA (Spinal muscular atrophy)
- HD (Hip dysplasia)
- PL (Patellar luxation)
All our cats are routinely screened for parasites and viral diseases trough fecal testing and PCR

9. Are your rates negotiable?
No, but I do have a soft spot for single moms 10% discount.
10. Can we pick up in person and can you deliver?
You can pick up in person and I can also deliver your kitten, I have a flat rate of $600 to any major airport in the country . I usually fly with my kittens in cabin and will meet you at your nearest airport or my hotel. We can also deliver by car within 300 miles of San Antonio at a $400 flat rate.
