Breeze

Breeze, registered as Von Palut Gentle Breeze/CF, is a black silver shaded male born July 11, 2020. He was bred by Cornelia Egg of Von Palüt, a Maine Coon cattery that shows its cats in Switzerland and whose program has drawn on the Polish Alwaro line, known for large silver shaded, chinchilla and high smoke Maine Coons.

The other half of his lines comes from Caspian’s, a FIFe cattery in Vienna, Austria, that has bred Maine Coons since 2009. Caspian’s cats have been named Mister Austria in 2019, 2024 and 2025, and in 2025 alone they took Best in Show wins at FIFe shows in Austria and Slovakia.

Go one generation further back and the lines spread across Europe and into Russia. Gattacamoon is a FIFe home cattery in Slovakia known for silver Maine Coons, with cats exported to the United States. Family Stars has bred Maine Coons in Angarsk, in Russia’s Irkutsk region, since 2009, and Respectcoon is a Russian cattery whose cats have earned Grand International Champion and International Champion titles.

Breeze’s Basepaws v4 genetic panel screened him for 43 genetic diseases through 64 genetic markers. Every result was clear or carrier, with no at-risk findings, and he carries zero copies of the two tested HCM variants (MYBPC3 A31P and R820W). His DNA report also predicts blood type A.

From Switzerland and Vienna back to Slovakia and Siberia, Breeze carries some of the most widely traveled silver lines in our program.
